Return policy

Items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after receiving the shipment including the return shipping time. All items must be in their original packaging, unused and with original tags intact. Manufacturer’s warranty hold’s for durable goods which may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Client must pay the return shipping cost and in case of international shipping customs duty may apply. A restocking fee may also apply.
In case of a return client need to email us as soon as possible and request for RMA form. It can be also done if you have account with us. Refunds or exchange will be processed within 3/4 business days after receiving the item at our end.
